Building Permits

Is there a website (or if not a website, a governmental agency) where I could obtain a listing of any building/work permits that were issued between certain dates for the construction of any buildings, or additions made to existing structures in a particular city?

You need to contact the city where the building is located. Each city may be different. Don't know of one web site that lists all of them.
