Building wall insulation calc

Does anyone know of a calc (even approximate) in which I can calculate the heat flow and/or insulation value across a composite wall if I have the following parameters?

Ambient air temperature inside
Inside wall temperature
Outside wall temperature
Ambient wall temperature outside

Any help would be appreciated.

American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) manuals and books cover this subject very well. I also would recommend Mark's handbook.
