Bump Simulation Spec?

I am testing two products which must remain attached, and upright while wheeled on a hospital cart, over power cables and in and out of elevators. Are there any testing specifications (bump, impact, environmental, etc,) that apply to this? I have heard of a "10° tip" test (a device is lifted to 10° in all directions and expected not to tip over), but this does not seem to simulate the bumping completely.

You might want to check out Underwriters Lab. Years ago when I worked on large X-ray machines, we worked to the UL testing specs. Since your equipment is obviously for hospital use, you will have to get UL listed and probably CSA if you want to market in Canada. As I recall they have testing criteria for this exact type of testing. Strange thing is that I cannot find any UL presence on the web via the usual search engines. You may have to call them.
