Hello all,
We are in the design phase of a new project. Our client requested to provide two feeders that are protected by only one circuit breaker (800A). His aim is to connect both ends of a 630A plug-in busway to those two feeders. My understanding is that he wants to make some savings in the busway size by connecting it in what may look like a ring branch circuit or loop configuration where loads are powered from both busway ends.
Are there any technical concerns on this configuration?
