Above pic is the busway to breaker connection of 4000Amp 400V system. Is there problem in this connection?

It is very difficult to say anything from one picture.

But if it is one thing that stands out to me, is that the bolts seems really under dimensioned for the tightening torque needed to pull the bars tougher.

And the black bar is a singel the others are double doesn't seem correct to me either.

Not knowing if B (Blue is) Neutral or Earth the connection for that one is different , bu there is no way to see way it is connected differently and if it is a problem or not.

But this is just guessing, with nothing more to go on.

Best Regards A

I normally see a full lap and four bolts.
One bus gbar smaller than the other three?
Either a ground bus or a neutral bus. It is not unusual for either of these to be less ampacity that the main phase buses.

1. Based on 400V and the colour sleeving view from the rear from R-L colour Bk(Neutral), RYB for Line 1,2,3 was the standard practice in UK.
2. We may be able to submit the opinion more accurately if can advise the following:
2.1 Based on the B-phase bar:
a) what is the vertical bar connecting to the breaker dimension WxT, single or 2 in Parallel?
b) what is the horizontal bar connecting to the busway dimension WxT, single or 2 in Parallel?
c) what is the bolt size and grade?
d) what is the tightening torque?
e) there seems to be no washer being used?
f) there seems to be no bus support between the breaker to the busway?
g) what is the estimated short-circuit (kA) level?
h) does the fabricator has a similar tested 4kA set up before?
