Butler Mfg "Foundation Design and Construction Manual"

Anyone know if the Butler Manufacturing "Foundation Design and Construction Manual" is available as a download online (i.e. - link to the site). The Butler Rep in my area is not the most respected (or ethical) contractor, thus them and I don't see eye to eye and can't (will not) contact them.

I have a copy of this manual. I had it for years. It is a good document and covers many issues related to foundations design of PEMB.

To be honest, I have not heard of anyone who got a copy from Butler.
