We Have a laser BySprint 3015 with a cooler (ep cooling WKLI80)
He gets watererror in summer or when it's hot in the factory

Which resonator? The BTL series and the newer laserview based systems are very different

in winter, it works correctly ... in summer, it works normally for 1 hour or 2 ... then goes into watererror..I let the temperature go down again ... it works again for 5 or 10 minutes then goes back to watererror

I'm assuming th ewater is actually flowing. press the param button the laser cabinet, press the up arrow until it says WATER FLOW and then hit cr. It should be 70 or higher. If it's low, open the valve near the shutter. if it's zero, the sysif board is probably bad. Have you seen the power or pressure display do anything weird? have you blown any anodes out o th e resonator from over-pressure?

the waterflow is correct (65) ... no, I did not see any loss of power

fully open the knob near the shutter, it only has to be set when doing power calibration, otherwise let it run wide open.

You can check the flowmeter with a freq counter or multimeter, if you know you have waterflow, and the display drops to 0, it's the most likely the sysif. Very common issue. The new one will need to be calibrated.

after turning the flow meter knob to the maximum, the waterflow went from 65 to 68 ... but still in watererror

You need to get your water flow up. 80 is minimum. You have a restriction somewhere or your laser coolant water pressure is too low.
