Bystronic error "no cutting head"

Good Day to all,

The problem with our BYSTRONIC 5200 BySpeed machine is the following:

I get the error "no cutting head" and I have it placed. I don't know if it will be a sensor or something like that.

So if any of you guys have had a similar issue and have found a solution, PLEASE HELP ME!!

look on the schematics and find out what input it is in the CNC, then see if the input changes when you remove and replace the head

Have you reset CNC. When this happen to me I unscrew the nozzle and then callabrate it without nozzle.
