Good morning,

We had a sheet of 18ga SS that was 3/16" narrower then standard. When the laser went for the material cut off at the end of the run it started off the sheet. This has happened before without major consequence other then resetting the cnc. This time when I went to start the next sheet however, It gave me a "Broken Nozzle" error at the touch off. I inspected the cone and nozzle and both looked fine, but I replaced it all anyways. I installed the new cone and nozzle after wiping everything down in around the head unit. It is still giving me the same "Broken nozzle" error alarm that comes up when it goes to touch off on the table block. I'm running out of ideas and time, any other suggestions... Help.

Thanks,
