How does one determine the C&C wind load on walls of an open building? ASCE 7-16 Section 30.7 details how to calculate C&C loads on roofs, but not walls. Am I missing something?

Well open buildings typically don't have walls. Are you referring to wind on things like drop beams? I believe ASCE 7 says to treat them like inverted parapets.

I'm pretty sure this would classify as partially enclosed, not open. An open building has >80% of the area of each wall open. Sounds like you just have one and the rest are closed. Sort of like a bus stop shelter?

It'll be based on the internal pressure coefficient for the building based on the enclosure classification, which would be +/-0.55 I would think.
