CA Code Question

I am in the early stages of planning a rooftop heliport in CA. I purchased the CA Code(Part 2, Vol 2) and this has all the loading and design info I need. I am going to have to purchase Part 1 because several classification requirements are in it. I need to have an answer to my client on Monday on some preliminary things and will not have the code in time. Could anyone advise me on the requirements/classification for heliports listed in sections 307.1, 311.1, 209, and 311.10 in Part 1 of the CA code.
