Hi

Could anyone please tell me the following.

We are confirming the CASTING CA6NM MMmanufacturing procedure.
in the doc., welding process is conducted before quenching and tempering as material heattreatment.

in this case, Should we include quenching and tempering on WPS as PWHT?

If any welding code applies, then Yes. Good practice would also be Yes.

It would keep people from using the parts as welded, even it meant re-heat treating.
You might want to think about a temper after weld if there will be a delay before Q&T depending on the hardenability of the alloy. You wouldn't want to leave parts with very hard welds sitting around too long.
