CAAPCOAT C-W4 vs ASTROCOAT 8001/8003

Hallo to everybody,
I am evaluating the chance to use ASTROCOAT 8001/8003 instead of CAAPCOAT C-W4 for the radomes in a B707 AWACS. Has anybody experience with the ASTROCOAT? Do somebody knows if the resistivities and the power transmission of the two coatings are comparable?
