Cable Ampacity in Switchgear

ANSI C37.20.2, section 5.5.5 allows 85 deg C cable temperature. When terminating with 90 deg C cable, should cable ampacity be derated?

The cable terminations will dictate the temp rating of the conductor. Its probably 75C.
