Cable family tables in Wildfire 2.0

Can anyone explain how to create family tables of a cable harness to update with assembly instances?

PTC support SPR 614852 states: "The ability to create harness family tables has been implemented in Pro/ENGINEER Wildfire. In this Release, the assembly instances may be used as Ref Models in the harness's family table, and the locations would update accordingly."
