Cable Installation Question

The Code permits isolated phase installation with certain requirements.

In both low voltage and medium voltage installations, some installations I have seen used isolated phase grouping of cables and they all go straight to the terminations without any problems. The conduit bushings at the terminal points are bonded using a bonding jumper to cancel out heating due to induction.

Did I miss anything here. Is this type of cable installation has any effect to induced current heating along the cable run?

It works only where there is no magnetic path that completely surrounds anything less than a balanced three phase circuit. Conduit bushings would be aluminum or brass, steel bushings would become extremely hot and a bonding jumper wouldn't do anything to mitigate that heating.
