I'd like to select cable for AC230V created from single phase transformer as cable with insulation grade 150/250V. My selection is acceptable ?

You can use cable rated at 250V not the 150V. Or am I not understanding your question?

Hi shkim2000 , if your system is 230V , according to all standards your isolation minimum value is 600V but it is usually requested to be at 1000V isolation . Be sure that you are not in an area wher regulations will force you to have higher isolations as in some European countries the requests are higher .
Good luck !
