I am looking for some cable and cable standard.
Is there any web list out all the specification of existing electrial cable or wire in UL??
(in fact, I am looking for a cable with fine conductor (400pcs of 0.05mm copper).

You don't mention voltage rating, but check NEMA standards for basic requirements on wire and cable.

Cable manufacturers such as Southwire would be a good starting point as well.
