CAD Admin Dashboard Not Updating

Is anyone else having problems with the CAD Admin Dashboard not updating the information on the website for 2013?

I did turn this into our VAR and there is an SPR, but I am having a hard time getting my head around the fact that this does seem to be a large problem for anyone else? I am trying to test it out and see how it works with mulitple PC's usign 2013, but I have not had any updates since November when I first installed it on my desktop. Since then I have it on at least 3 PC's and none of them are showing up in CAD Admin Dashboard.... anyone else seeing this or I am the only one still?

Are you sure the Performance Logging function has been enabled for all users on all the computers?

I have only recently installed SW13 and haven't used the Dashboard yet.

The PC's are my personal test subjects so I know that is set on and though I know there is a 3 day waiting period, its long exceeded that time line... the installs were done back in Dec for the other 2 PC's and the first on that does show up was done back at the end of Nov. It does show the same day it was installed in the CAD Admin, but its the only and there are no updates since then.

I have checked all the right ports and followed all the KB articles at the Customer portal site... still not working properly.
