Does anyone know an electroplater who can Cadmium Plate wire in a reel to reel set-up?

Understand and agree with your sentiment, Dik, but there are processes under many conditions that are non-negotiable. Cadmium plating is common on aircraft, particularly fasteners, and on helicopters, particularly dynamic components.

I don't have a good memory on this, but I remember seeing a website listing NIST or NADCAP accreditations for numerous processing companies, so I do believe there is a way to find the information you seek. It's been long enough that I can't readily retrace my steps to that. The next best is this - if your product is aerospace, here are some breadcrumbs:
