They can provide translators from just about anything to anything else. The products aren't cheap, but they do a bureau service for an ammount (we have the translators, so I don't know how much the bureau service charges).
Personal experience suggests that they are generally more robust than the native translators provided by the CAD vendors (although several commercial products have theorem translators sat behind them).
