Hi everyone,
I'm a piping engg, my company wants me to work on CAESAR, for that I took 20days training and I have been reading books on it suggested on this forum. So can I start working on CAESAR now?
apart from can anyone explain how to convert a pdms or autocad file into caesar and while doing the stress analysis on the piping system to we have to draw the whole equipment or just the nozzle connecting to the piping system because my seniors have confused me over this.

Thanks in advance

AVEVA (PDMS) has an interface module that will generate a CAESAR II model from your CAD model.

If you're using plane Autocad, you're out of luck. There is no intelligence in a plan Autocad file, you need to be using a Piping Package (such as CADWorx) on top of Autocad.
