I have a nitrogen tank 200bar 11L with 1/4 SAE screwed connector. An 1800mm long hose 10mm diameter is attached. The regulator wheel is from 0 to 50 bar output. I need to be able to set the flow rate in l/min, not bar.

How do I calculate this?

You can't directly unless your end pressure is fixed regardless of flow. If so calculate pressure drop in your tube then add end pressure.

Only if you know what pressure in your downstream system equates to your flow can you determine this.

Or fit a flow meter or cone type meter and then adjust pressure to suit.

Rotameters (shown above) are typically available with an attached pressure regulator or a constant flow regulator, depending on what's needed.

Big pressure drop. I think you should plan on more than one regulator.
