Calculate Heat release rate

Hi,

I need to calculate how much of heat is released from a certain composite material during the curing process in autoclave. I have specific heat, density and thermal conductivity of the material.
Can anyone help me how to calculate how much heat is released from that material during the process as i need to give it as input to my fluent file
