I am calculate the force between base and body in range of 51 to 1412N (12 to 317lbf). Please find the attached hand calculation and share your thoughts.

shear modulus is not the shear strength of the material. The stress of 8800 ksi is was higher than any material can achieve in shear.

Fsu for A286, refer AR MMPDS-01, table 8.1.2(b), is 85ksi.

hey,
In your calculation u calculated total torque applied in last in that case u taking 317lbf force is applied how it is taken and any other way you have for calculating the total torque??
