Hello All ...

I am trying to create a spreadsheet for sand cone testing that will perform some of the calculations. I am stuck at imputing a formula to calculate the dry density . Does anyone know how to input that formula ?

Thanks for any help ....

Recommended for you

=DryWeight/Volume

or if using metric,

=DryMass/Volume

and if you only have the wet weight, divide the wet weight by (1+(w/100)) where w is the whole number (percent) to get the dry weight. BTW, w is the water content.
