Calculating flow from differential pressure

My DP cell shows 3 in_H20 and my pipe diameters are 14" and 18". What do you think the flow rate would be?

You have not provided enough information for anyone to even venture a guess as to what the flowrate is.

What are the lengths of pipe? What is the pipe material? How old are the pipes? What is the configuration? Where was the differential pressure measured? etc, etc.
 
There are many graphs and tables for flow in pipes with a pressure loss per 100 feet or similar.

When you know the distance between your two sensing points then you can easily find it out.

If you don't know the distance then you will never find it out.

Do you have a 14 inch orifice plate inside an 18 inch pipe?
or is this a reducer going from 18 inch to 14 inch?
in both cases we need more information.
