For a hyperelastic Neo-Hookean model with C10 as 0.3448 and D1 as 0.3, I got Young's modulus of 2.0688 MPa with the formula C10=E/6. Is this correct? If not, how can we calculate Young's modulus from C10 and D1?
You should think in terms of (initial) bulk and shear moduli instead of Young's modulus which only makes sense in the infinitesimal sense (i.e., "small" strains); Young's modulus has no meaning in finite elasticity (i.e., "large" strains). Analysis User's Guide discusses this in some detail. If that is not sufficient, grab a book on continuum tissue mechanics; Y.C. Fung/Gerhard Holzapfel/Jay Humphrey have written excellent texts.
