calculation for vertical shear forces

Hi! I have a question... can you help me with some advice how should I do the calculation for vertical shear forces and also how the forces are transmitted through the connecting bolts (tensile stress)? Is there anywhere I can find a full analysis model to look at? Or where can I find some information?
