Hello Everyone,
In reliability analysis for distribution networks, when I am doing a calibration based on historical outages, why is it that only the overheard lines and cables failure data (failure rates and failure duration) get adjusted? why don't the other devices on the network (reclosers, transformers, regulator...) get their failure data adjusted also?
Thank you in advance and best regards,
Samy
