Call Solver Parameters dialog box through VBA

Hello everyone!

Well, what I am trying to do is to call the Solver Parameters dialog box using a vba script! What I've found so far is how to build a model and call some functions through vba to solve it...but that's not my case! I need my script to produce an equivalent action to clicking Solver in the Tools menu.

Can anyone help?
