Callout for API 5B thread

I need help with the following thread callout on a drawing:

1" 8UNC 2B for a depth of 5.38"
1.000 LPT AS PER API 5B

I understand the first sentence but do not have any clue about the second one. There are two counter bores drawn in a section of the thread with no diameter and depth given.
Can I find the diameters and depths somewhere in API 5B ??

Any help is much appreciated.

API-RP-5B is an American Petroleum Institute Specification for Threading, Gauging, and Thread Inspection of Casing, Tubing, and Line Pipe Threads . If somebody who has a copy of API 5B doesn't pop up and answer your question, here is a link to buy the specification.
