Hello all, I'm trying to mod my *.hol files to remove unusual tap sizes (ISO) but also to customize the note.

Wildfire M150.

I have read the following

But my note doesnt see to be working.

I have been editing the *.hol file in wordpad, here are my first lines......

TABLE_DATA
PRO_VERSION 24
THREAD_SERIES MJH
CLASS H
TABLE_UNITS metric
DEPTH_RATIO 1.25
CALLOUT_FORMAT &Pattern_No HOLES/DRILL & TAP/&Metric_Size x &Thread_Depth DEEP

Can someone please point out what I've done wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Without digging (I'm not at all familiar) I'd look at

&TAP_DR or &TAP_DEC vs. & TAP

I can see where the "DRILL & TAP" would be confusing. I want the note to look like this....

5 HOLES
DRILL & TAP
M6 x 25 DEEP

So thats where the "DRILL & TAP" come in, these arnt parameters but just text.

Cheers

I'm not familiar with how to do that in the callout_format, but I do a similar thing using a text file.
I think that you need an extra ampersand (&) as shown in the file below.

&PATTERN_NO HOLES
DRILL && TAP
&METRIC_SIZE x &THREAD_DEPTH[.2] DEEP
