cam session configuration - change from mill to lathe - possible?

Hi guys,
I have a part I was making on the 3 axis mill. Cam session configuration is of course set and all machining operations finished. I want to try making this part on the lathe. Can I use the same model and change the cam session configuration from mill to lathe and use the same model? How do I do this?
