Hi fellow members. I am specifying a camlock Type-A adaptor threaded to a CS pipe nipple for firewater application. The adaptor is there for the vac truck to connect to whenever line draining is required. The camlock Type-A adaptor is only available in brass, aluminum or SS material. My question is, which of these is a better material to recommend to the vendor knowing that there will be different materials connected together? Appreciate input from your experiences on this. Thanks for the help.

I would go for brass myself to avoid any issue with galvanic corrosion and because it looks nice when polished.
