CAN AN ASME DESIGNED PRESSURE VESSEL BE USED IN EUROPEAN STATES (PED)

I mean if the maximum hydrostatic pressure out of PED and ASME is used to design pressure vessel having:
Material - 316L ST. STL and working condition
MAWP = 10 Bar at 120 degree celcius

Materials used are ASME material.

2)Do I need to carry out marking and testing as per PED as it is to be used in European Market.

Any views greatly appreciated.

I know of companies that buld ASME vessels is the US and receive CE marks. They use TUV for this work, see attached link.
