Does connecting landing slab with column , creates short column effect in column?

It would certainly try to.

What exactly is the issue with that on your end? If you want all of the columns to have similar design characteristics, couldn't you just release any horizontal restraint provided by the landing and stairs by way of a sliding connection? Detail it such that it supports the gravity loads but not horizontal?

Staircase acts as bracing and also modeling staircase changes eccentricity of structure . In my country , it's in practice to not provide landing beam to prevent short column effect . the landings are rested on masonry wall.

How can I provide sliding connection , How can I model to depict real case scenario , I am new to etabs , thank you for the reply.

Move the corner node of the slab by 2" away from the column. it will disconnect them.
We don't normally take the effect of brick walls supporting anything. However, if you want then you can draw a line (null frame) at the edge of your landing where the wall is located and assign a suitable line spring on that line.
How is your stair connected at the bottom? You have assumed a fixed connection there. If it is just lying somehow on the GF floor, then your base shear will be reduced in the frame members due to considering fixed support there.
