Can Anyone recomend a spreadsheet solution for Payback Analysis 2

I am looking for a spreadsheet in Excel that will assist with payback analysis for retro fitting equipment or possibly a software application that does the job.

I'm assuming that the company that you work for has an accounting department although it looks like you work for a University. The company that I work for has a standardized payback excel sheet. This sheet is proprietary but I can give you the basic formula if you're interested.
