Can Flange Bolts/Studs and/or Nuts be Reused After Replacing a Gasket?

If you have a flange assembly and replace a gasket can the flange bolts/studs and/or nuts be reused in the new assembly?

Assume stainless material when using a spiral ring gasket and raised face flange.

Yes, provided a visual/NDT inspection is performed of the fasteners and nuts.

I concur with metengr, inspect fasteners for cracks, galling, etc.
