Can I change the deformed Shange Sound in ETABS

Is it possible to change the deformed shape animation sound in the ETABS programs. The thing is that I have heard the same sound for years and I want to change it.

you can shut off the annoying horror themed music...but I doubt if you can replace that by a melody....try going ETABS folder it would have a .wav file....try replacing it by another .wav file...

goto option> sound (unchecked)

If you want to shut the sound for life find etabs.ini (in my case is in c:\windows ) open the file with the notepad and where it says "sound = true" change it to "sound = false" then close and save and you are ready

Also you can set an autosave time if you have blackouts problems
