I would like to change the size of a section line. When I create a section view, the section line is the size of the draft View, but its a little big, and I need to optimize the space to write notes and other information, and in some cases, the line takes up that space.

I will attach an image I made in paint to illustrate what I'm trying to do.

Thanks!

rmc (right mose click) on the section line (cutting plane line) -> edit -> move segment . . .

You need to click on the section line with 3d button of the mouse, then choose: →STYLE→SETTINGS→WIDTH→THICK

Sorry,
I believe that I misinterpreted the meaning of question........

Thanks for your help jerry 1423, but I can't get it to change size.
I uploaded another image, more precise, of why I wanted to change the size of the section line. My part is large, but I only need the cross section of one side. But the section line is the size of the whole part, while I would like it to be more around the size of the section that I want.

Hope the new image helps understand why I would like to change the size better.

Thanks again.

Highlight section line -> Edit -> Move segment -> pick the arrow segment and select the new position.
Update your sheet. This may help.

. . . and just pick a cursor position to move the arrow segment to.
You will need to pick cursor location from the pull-down menu on the left, it is second from the top.
