Hello,
Is there a way to constrain two pulleys with a ratio such that if I grab one and drag it to rotate it on it's axis, the other pulley/gear also rotates with a ratio?

Thank you,

Not so that they would move simultaneously. However, you could constrain both gears/pulleys using Angular constraints where the expression for the value of the second constraint is a ratio of the value for the first, then when you edit the Angular value of the first gear/pulley, the second one would rotate by the given ratio. Now if your wish is to dynamically 'drag' the first gear/pulley and then have the second one rotate in response to the movement of the first, that would require a bit more set-up including leaving the first gear/pulley free to rotate but having an associative Angular Measurement that would then drive the value of an Angular constraint assigned to the second gear/pulley.

Or to get the measurement (which may slow things down a bit) out of the dragging loop, you might consider just using an appropriate formula in the expression for the second angular constraint to get the ratio you're after.

Just set the value of the second expression to be double (or triple, or whatever ratio) of the value of the expression driving the first angular constraint, if constrained from a parallel reference, or the ratio +/- an offset if the references are not parallel.

Does that make sense?
