Can I still create a narrow dimension with NX 11?

I saw this post but can't find the settings to create a narrow dimension. Can it still be done with NX11?

Dimension settings -> narrow -> pick your desired options.

Try press "Shift" whilst dragging the dimension.
It should "move the text out" and back. - I have seen cases where "removing" the narrow have been difficult by dragging and using the menu have been the only method.

( Anyhow, try combining "shift" with dragging different types of annotation, you might like what you see. A note attached to a circle will move the arrow etc.

Thanks guys.. I found the Narrow option but still can find how to adjust the extension line angle like shown in the pic above.

CRAP! I found it.. The angle wasn't showing up with a perpendicular dimension. Seem like it's only available with Horiz or Vert dimensions. I'd like to use it on a point to point.
