Hi, I want to improve my results for the contact force of a impeller-shaft assembly.
Therefore I want to align the nodes of the different part faces with the mesh mating condition (mmc).
Before I defined a surface-to-surface-contact. When I now set the mmmc I am not able to update my mesh.
I get an error message: Frozen data error during volume meshing
Does anybody know what I did wrong???

Hi, if I m not wrong, mmc behaves like a glue definition. You can think of glue defintion as to represent one whole piece of mesh. Next you define a surface contact definition.

I believe the mmc and surface contact definition are conflicting each other..
