Can i use MSS SP 97 Weldolets in PV with out Calculations?

For Nozzle Branching Is it permitted to use MSS SP 97 Weldolets in Pressure vessels with out calculating, but based on the standard pressure and temperature limts(like using Standard flanges).

Our vessel OD and Thickness matches standard Pipe Dimension.
