Is it possible to scale part in postprocessor? For example I design part in NX with scale 1:1 but want to manufacture it with scale 2:1. Does postbuilder have such a function or I must do it only at modeling stage?

It is possible to program such a postprocessor. However, it will take more effort than getting it sorted in nx modelling.

Anything is possible. However, if you try to solve unique manufacturing situations by altering the post, in a few years time you are going to have a very messy library of posts, each one designed to achieve something different.
This is very hard to maintain and frankly, quite dangerous.

There should only be one post per machine tool.

You should scale the model, not the postprocessor.

That's just my opinion.

You can scale the tool path using transform prior to posting it.
