Can we install flat face flange which it related to fire water system with raised face flange and if this convention accepted what is the correct sort of gasket is it spiral wound or non aspastos

all depends on the specification of your fire water system. In some countries asbestos gaskets are not allowed.

In general no, don't mix FF with RF unless your FF flange is steel.

Ductile Iron may just be OK, but any other sort of iron could easily crack or break the flange.

What you normally do is machine off the RF flange from the steel flange and fit an EPDM or neoprene flexible full face gasket.

I don't think asbestos is allowed anywhere now...

A FF flange may only be designed for FF gaskets. Mating to RF flange will put a bending moment into the FF flange that is not there with a FF/FF flanges and FF gasket.
