can you disable dragging of draw elements? 1

Often when I am picking multiple draw elements, I inadvertently drag one, and it jumps to a new location. Then I have to back up and start all over again. Is there a way to disable the dragging of draw elements?

Select one or more elements, RMB, Selected Objects, Fix.
Elements will turn green, and will not move.
