Can you see if all parts in BOM have mass properties?

Is it possible to check (in an easy way) to see if all parts/assemblies in a BOM or Model tree have mass properties?

If you are looking to see if your parts have the correct densities set you can add the MP_DENSITY column to the model tree. You can then view and if necessary change any densities for the entire assembly model from the model tree.
