Cannot Expand Menus in NX

I am unable to slide the menu part of the Settings dialog boxes open to read all my options. The mouse pointer doesn't turn into the 2-way pointer that would normally enable me to slide it open. I've attached a screen shot of what I'm seeing. It's the menu to the right I can't get to be bigger. Anybody?

Tested in NX11.0.2. I have the same behavior. When there are entries in the left column which do not fit a scrollbar appears at the bottom.
My guess is that this is o.o.t.b behavior. Pretty annoying though I must say.

I tried to increase to increase the dialog box width within the Utilities. You have to restart the NX session which I did. No dice. I've also attached a screen shot of another little annoying thing I've been running into.
I should add that I am working from a laptop with Windows 10 if that makes a difference.
Everything was fine and I came in one Monday and all these weird things were happening all of a sudden. I guess I just have to work with it and hope that the people that create this stuff will work these things out.
